Since 1994, MS Technology has had the capability to provide services of the highest quality to our clients: complex services that meet multifaceted challenges with intricate and proven solutions.  However, for all of our specific skills and far-reaching responsibilities, our values are simple.  MSTI was established with the goal of building a service-oriented culture, and we continue with that philosophy today. 
Profit is not the main focus of our mission.  We believe businesses that permanently hold a magnifying glass to the bottom line will imminently become paralyzed with relationship apathy or be made rabid in pursuit of a healthy profit margin.  But, for the company that operates to serve its customer to its best ability, nurture its employees as family, and ethically protect its stockholders’ interests, there is no failure.  We live by the ideal that a service-oriented culture will beget the greatest profit no matter where the industry winds blow our ship.

At our core, we are an engineering and technology business that holds its industry-leading competencies in four sub-areas of operation:  equipment and process development, engineering projects and construction management, management and operations projects, and engineering support services. 
Today, MSTI is the world leader in the design and delivery of metal melters/casters that are heated with microwave energy.  This energy-efficient, modern technology is based on five years of development focused toward commercialization of devices suitable for a production environment.  Outside of the laboratory, we manage the operation and maintenance of government-owned facilities and equipment at Carters Lake in Oakman, Georgia for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  We also provide support and leadership professionals to government and government-oriented projects at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

MSTI’s mission statement is not part of a marketing campaign or an advertising slogan.  It was not created by an agency copywriter or creative director.  Our mission statement is based on our values.  It reflects our business, just as our business reflects our values.  Our mission statement was a part of each MSTI employee long before this company began.  Our employees’ dedication to service and integrity is within each one of them.  Our culture of discipline and efficiency comes less from bureaucratic protocol and more from the personal discipline and efficiency of our people.  Each one of us is accountable to himself or herself long before he or she holds others accountable.  That is the strength of an MSTI employee, and that is the strength of our service.
