There is no better example of MSTI’s capabilities in operations and maintenance than our success at Carters Lake northern Georgia.

For the last eight years, MS Technology has successfully managed the grounds maintenance, road repair and resurfacing, government vehicle maintenance, and natural resource management for Carters Lake in Oakman, Ga. for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE): part of an on-going, multi-million dollar contract. We have filled task orders and requests with innovative cost-saving inititatives with reliable, hardworking manpower and strategic planning. Our consistent, motivated, and skilled workforce, together with an experienced management team, has resulted in zero lost-time accidents and a turnover percentage of less one-half of one percent.

We continue to humbly receive the highest performance ratings in the USACE Mobile District. Graded over 17 technical provisions, our Carters Lake team continually averages above 97 percent, keeping MSTI in the "Exceptional" grading category through the past eight years.
