Outside the laboratory, MSTI manages the operation and maintenance of Carters Lake in Oakman, Georgia for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. MSTI also continually supplies support and leadership professionals to DOE Oak Ridge Operations, particularly B&W Y-12.
